Ultimate Precision, Defining the Standard for Aerospace Manufacturing.
Achieving a competitive edge in the aerospace parts market requires machine precision and stability. Our 2STT52 high-performance CNC lathe is specifically engineered to process challenging aerospace alloys, featuring exceptional rigidity and precision axis control. With the 2STT52, your manufacturing team can precisely machine engine core components, structural supports, and precision flight control parts, ensuring that every finished product meets the rigorous standards of international aerospace regulations. This empowers your facility to achieve high-efficiency mass production and superior quality.
Technical Assessment Note:
The above content is for reference only. The actual machine selection (e.g., 2STT52 or other models) requires a comprehensive assessment based on factors including workpiece dimensions, machining length, machining diameter, material properties, precision requirements, and production capacity needs, in order to provide the most suitable manufacturing solution for your requirements.

Aerospace Parts | YS Turn-Mill Machining Solutions
For Aerospace Parts, YS Precision Machinery starts from the component itself — its diameter and length, geometry, material behaviour and the tolerance the finished part has to hold — and then evaluates which turn-mill platform can produce it consistently at the required rate.
Depending on the part, that may be a dual-spindle machine with front and rear turrets for complete front-and-back machining, a sliding-headstock machine for slender high length-to-diameter work, or a special-purpose machine with dedicated workholding and automatic loading, custom-built for one component family. Because the same industry can contain very different components, YS treats the drawing rather than the industry label as the starting point.
